Learn the secrets of both our famous local fish varieties and the not so well known. How, when and where they are caught, how to handle, prepare and cook, all while you feast on a 6 course lunch of our wonderful local fish varieties. We will match some wines, and of course a great rum cocktail, just to help honour our local canefields. This interactive lunch will give those who want to get ‘up close and personal’ an opportunity to work side by side with our chefs and fish mongers or just kick back and enjoy the seafood showcase of the Whitsunday’s on a plate.
